Utilizing Applicant Tracking System Technology

In 1992, Sparks Personnel implemented its first applicant tracking system (ATS) to better serve employers with efficient, in-house talent acquisition tools. The electronic recruitment technology collects and filters thousands of resumes to more efficiently provide recruiters with a pool of qualified applicants.

In 1996, in response to the marketplace’s growing need for contingent staff, Sparks Personnel implemented its first managed services program (MSP) with a large tech company in Northern VA. This innovative program, now common for high-volume users of contingent staff, provides employers with reduced costs, streamlined operations, and increased workplace productivity by providing a single point of contact to handle necessary staffing resources.
