Sparks Group Continues to Receive World Class Satisfaction Scores From Clients in Recent Satisfaction Survey

In October 2018, Sparks Group partnered with research satisfaction research firm, Inavero, to help us gauge our clients' overall satisfaction with our services. The results of the survey will be used by Inavero in the naming of its Best of Staffing Awards list in February. Sparks Group has been privileged to receive this award from 2012-2018 and is hopeful to again in 2019.

Sparks Group received 169 responses from its clients with 77% rating us a 9 or 10 out of 10! For comparison, according to Inavero, top brands like Nordstrom and Ritz Carlton experience nearly identical satisfaction scores. Based on the comments we received, we learned that these were the top items our clients valued in a staffing and recruiting partner:

  1. Excellent Client Service and Account Management
  2. Quality, Professionalism and Fit of Candidates/Contract Employees
  3. Responsiveness of Recruiting and Account Management Staff
  4. Rapid Time-to-Fill
