# Congratulations to Our Latest Employee of the Quarter, Avi Attawar!

Please join us all at Sparks Group in congratulating Avi Attawar on being selected as the Q3 Employee of the Quarter for internal staff! Avi, our [IT Staffing](https://sparksgroupinc.com/it-staffing-services/) Division's Manager of Recruiting was nominated by the team he supports every day, as well as numerous other Sparks Group team members who have recognized and experienced his warmth, expertise, and patience. Final selection was made by Sparks Group's executive team. Below are some snippets of nominations received for Avi:
