# Announcing Sparks Group’s Q1 2019 Employee of the Quarter - Debbie Montgomery

Sparks Group is excited to announce that Debbie Montgomery, a contract employee with a premier company in Montgomery County Maryland has been selected as our company’s employee of the quarter for 2019 Q1. Ms. Montgomery was placed into a Project Coordinator role in July of 2018 and has continually received stellar feedback with regards to her performance. “Debbie quickly came up to speed on the project and has become the go-to resource for the client’s internal and external teams,” said Jenna Antos, Sr. Executive Account Manager for Sparks Group. “Additionally, she is an absolute pleasure to work with.”

The client’s Project Manager also provided a fantastic testimonial in recognition of Debbie: “Debbie is exactly the type of resource we needed for this project. She is both organized and thorough, yet creative at the same time. From the day she started, she has added value. Debbie came up to speed very quickly on the project. Once grounded, she began to update processes and procedures, mapping them more to what was actually happening on the project, making them more effective and efficient. When progress on the project began to stall (end-client issues and events outside of her control), Debbie began to present creative ways to our team to proactively action changes, or ways to communicate with the customer to get progress moving again. Additionally, Debbie has displayed a willingness to do whatever it takes for the project to be successful, including cold-calling end-client sites to help guide them to meet their obligations. \[Additionally\], her communication skills have enabled her to establish a working rapport with \[government\] management, which has paid dividends in their willingness to help make the project a success.”
