The results of the survey will be used by Inavero in the naming of its [Best of Staffing](https://sparksgroupinc.com/our-company/awards-and-recognition/best-of-staffing/) Talent Awards list in February. Sparks Group has been privileged to receive this [award](https://sparksgroupinc.com/our-company/awards-and-recognition/) six times overall (including 2016-2019) and is hopeful to again in 2019. Sparks Group received an incredible 372 responses from its candidates and employees with over two-thirds rating us a 9 or 10 out of 10! For comparison, according to Inavero's [benchmarking study](https://www.inavero.com/nps-101-staffing-recruiting/), top brands like Apple and Southwest Airlines experience nearly identical satisfaction scores. Based on the comments we received, we learned that these were the top items our candidates and employees valued in a staffing and recruiting firm: - Professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness and helpfulness of recruiting and account management staff - Quality and regular availability of job opportunities at great companies - Ability to match opportunities with a candidate’s career goals, experience, skill-sets, and backgrounds. - "Getting My Foot in the Door" with the opportunity to convert to a full-time/permanent position at a great company - Rapid "time-to-fill" - Great pay and benefits ### Testimonials From Candidates and Employees Nearly half of respondents included a testimonial for how Sparks Group provided world-class service to them.
